What makes TrueView™ Images different?

Vicaso TrueView™ technology utilizes the natural light in your home to produce higher-end results without the need for expensive, time consuming lighting setups. This begins with a professional photographer trained in the TrueView™ technique, and ends with our proprietary high dynamic range editing system to enhance your listing's best features.

You don't use lighting equipment?

TrueView™ does not use lighting equipment required by traditional higher-end real estate photography. As a result, the average property can be shot in about 60-90 minutes, cutting costs significantly and with minimal inconvenience to your client.

How do I schedule a shoot?

Simply click "Order" above or call us at 1-800-635-1167.

What is your shoot availability?

With a team of multiple photographers across the city, we can schedule your shoot with short notice from morning to night, 7 days a week.

How/when will I get my images?

Included with every order is next-day turn around. By the end of the next day, you can immediately start using your TrueView™ image downloads and iFlyer WebShow. Weekend/holiday shoots will be completed by the end of the closest business day.

I need my photos ASAP! Can you RUSH them?

Yes, we offer next-morning turn around as an optional service. You can choose 8am URGENT RUSH or 11am RUSH when placing your order, or from your MyTours account.

How do I pay for my order?

For maximum flexibility, payment is taken when your order has been completed. With a single click on our website, you can complete checkout using any major credit card or debit card.

How long are my TrueView™ images hosted by Vicaso?

Your photos will be stored in your MyTours account as long as you need them and are accessible anytime, anywhere. iFlyer property websites remain active as long as you need it.

What format and size are the finished images?

The photos are all "jpeg" and are sized for both the local MLS, web and print marketing campaigns.

Are the TrueView™ high-res images large enough to print?

Yes, our high resolution images are generally large enough for print marketing needs and for many print publications. However– each print vendor may have more specific size requirements. Vicaso MyTours accounts host TrueView™ .jpg images optimized to 2560x1920px at 300 dpi so please check with your print publisher beforehand to ensure that our TrueView image sizes will be sufficient.

How do I get a MyTours account?

Your MyTours is automatically generated when you place your first order online. Your MyTours account is used for management of all of your photos, and is offered free of charge.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Absolutely. We offer several programs to serve high volume agents or offices with reduced pricing, and will consider exclusive relationships in select cities. Please email info@vicaso.net for more information.

If I am not a real estate agent, can I still use your services?

Yes! We serve the general public and offer FSBO's (for sale by owners), commercial real estate agents, and builders as well. Feel free to place an order through the site.

Are you hiring?

Yes, for a current listing of job opportunities click the "Jobs" link at the bottom of the page. We have positions available for real estate agents looking for additional income opportunities.

I forgot my password, how can I get a new one?

Simply click the "forgot password" link on the login box (at the top of the screen) and enter the email you used to create your MyTours account. We will send you a new password immediately.

What do I use for my login username?

Your login username is the email address you used during your first order. If you have forgotten this username, please email support@vicaso.net and we will send you this info.
